Cross Border Payment Regulation 2 (CBPR2) notification

Provides notification when a cardholder performs any cross border transaction in an EEA currency.

Parameters	Description
NotificationType	Three-digit identifier of the notification type. "071" denotes CBPR2 notification.
CardID	Unique identifier of the card used in the transaction.
TransactionAmount	Final transaction amount, specified in the card holder's currency, including any charges if applicable.
CardSchemeFxRate	Visa Treasury Exchange Rate for the "from" and "to" currency pair. Contains 10-digit decimal precision with the radix separator as "." . This rate will not include any "additional Fee" or "additional rate" and will reflect the last rate available on the "asOfDate".
BenchmarkbFXRate	Exchange rate between the "from" and "to" currency pair using the benchmark rates on the "asOfDate". Contains 10-digit decimal precision with the radix separator as "."
MarkUpPercent	Calculation of the percentage difference between the ECB rate and the Visa rate.
